The
Trans-Canada Telephone Employees' Curling Association is a national organization comprised of active
and retired telecommunications employees from British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario,
and New Brunswick.
The T.C.T.E.C.A. Championship has been an annual event since 1964 with Alberta, Manitoba and Saskatchewan
participating. Today, there is representation from six provinces, from British Columbia to New Brunswick making
the Championship a true coast-to-coast national event. The Championship promotes healthly competition and
encourages friendly sportsmanship between employees and the telecommunication companies from which they come.
Over the years, strong fellowships have emerged and many friendships have been forged in rinks across this nation,
all a tribute to the people involved. If your company wishes to participate in the sponsoring of the T.C.T.E.C.A.
National Championship or seek information regarding the various levels of sponsorship, please contact
the T.C.T.E.C.A. Secretary Treasurer for details.
